Abstract

|
Malignant phyllodes tumors are exceptionally rare in children and adolescent females. Herein, we report a challenging case of malignant phyllodes tumor in a preteen girl who initially presented with a rapidlygrowing, huge, palpable mass followed by a discussion of her imaging findings.
